Up Front commitment. Monthly Subscription of $1299.00 a month for 10 Hours of anytime, level 1 through 3 Support of support. $25.00 more per hour for after Hours Support. 1,2,3 Year Contracts are available. Cost for Incident Support for Operating Systems and or Applications from vendors will be billed back to the customer.
No Contract – Pay as you go payment model. Monthly subscription fee for up to 40 Hours of 24/7 support at any support level. Not extra Cost for After Hours Support. No Additional fee for any support calls that require escalation to any Vendors Including Microsoft. If more than 5 Hours are consumed per month working on an issue. Billing by the hour and service level will be applied from the Bucket of hours pricing plan.
Monthly Subscription based Support Plans Based on Infrastructure Size and Scope. Technical Support includes, On-Premise, Hybrid and Public Cloud for Microsoft, VMWare, Azure, and Amazon AWS.
Note: Support incidents that require onsite support will be worked with Techcloud Remote Support Resources if deemed necessary. The decision to engage remote resources will be made to help ensure that the resolution to technical issues are as efficient as possible. All Support provided will be performed with the highest levels of service to help minimize the business impact of a technical issue or outage.
